Nowadays,keeping healthy becomes a popular topic among students.In my opinion,the most important thing is safety,without which we cannot do anything we like.Then,as a student ,we must keep away from drugs becaus drugs are bad for our health.Of course,we should get along with our friends and teachers.They will help us to overcome difficulties.When we face diffculties,we must keep cool,and think about ways to solve the problems.Last,let us keep smile everyday.

in my eyes,we should build up an right attiude of keepping fit.every weekends,we can have some gentle sports.for example:along with jogging(健身慢跑)and swimming,cycling is one of the best all-round rorms of exercise.it can heip to increase your strength and energy,giving you more efficient musclesand a strong heat.it's important to start slowly and build up gently. doing too much too quickly can damage muscles(肌肉)that aren't used to working.
eatting balance also takes an important part.
generally speaking,people should pay more attentions of health.
