In the contemperory era，there are many situations in which we may hurt，hence，the
first aid is so significant that it may sometimes save your life and there are some concrete examples.
Above all，the hurt of spraining is normal.If you sprain，distinguish which degree you hurt is necessary.You'd better use hot towel to apply to it if it's just swolle.Of course,going to the hospital is the best choice in case that you are catagmatic.
Second，the nose-bleeding is also common.Don‘t turn up your head,or the blood will run into your throat.Just sit up and let your hand up and it may pick up.
Third,burning is dangerous and normal,too.Be sure to let the running cool water rush the injury and if you don't feel painful,be careful to the injury,which may be hurt the nerve.Use scissors to cut the clothes off and go to hospital immediately.
