One of your bad habit is that you always get up late,which is of great harm to your health.I know junk food is your favorite,but it has a bad influence on your body.Besides,you don‘t take enough exercise so that you are too obese.You are aslo fond of watching TV,and it makes your eyesight weak.
As the saying goes,“victory won’t come to me unless I walk to it”.Success won‘t come to you if you still keep the form like this.For your health,I sincerely give you some advice.First of all,you should get up early every day and if you are willing to,you can go for a morning run with me.In additin,you ought to distant youself from junk food,which contains lots of fat.If you want to get slim,you need to manage you appetite.You should eatablish a list for your daily wark and life,and execute them out without mercy.Only like this can you stop being a slave of all the bad habit in your life.
