In this term,I have serveried on the matter of senior high school students` body health with my classmates.
We find that lots of senior high school students` body health in a worse state.
Why does our body health get worse and worse?There are some several reasons:First of all,we are busy studying,which takes up more our time instead of do exercise.Secondly,we participate less in joining in labor work,such as doing chores st but not least,plenty of students can`t keeo balance of their diet well.
In the end,an expert suggest our senior high school students should do more exercise at least 1 hour everyday,and eat more vegetables instead of rubbish food.So,body health is too much important for us ,keep fit and keep balance of daily diet are two useful ways good for body health.If we have a good body health,we will get better grades!
