I`m so sorry to hear about you get into a badhabit----smoking.As your Chinese penfriend ,I am long to persuade you to getrid of smoke.

First of all, cigarette has an useful way:it couldboost the men-at arms`morale in World War II when environment of warwas fierce to soldiers.So wine,CoCo-Cola and cigarettes becames the most importantthings in the field.

Secondly,smoking not only brings some diseases tosmokers,but also it can make people have a bad impression of your.There aremany different kings of substances in the cigarette,which are very harmful foryour fitness in the long ran.Some bad substances causes diseaseof lung.Eventually it will cause lung cancer!Lung cancer means you must receivesurgery to cut off part of yourlung,which is so painful!

Last but not least,smoking is also harmful to othersat the same time,which is named “Secondhand smoke”.According to the Report On Tobacco Control In China in2007 ,540 million non-smokers are suffering from secondhang somke,including 180million children aged below 15.
