有一句谚语叫"牛不喝水强按头",意思是强迫某人做某事。这当然是做不到的,但我们可以想办法让牛主动喝水:第一,把牛放出去运动,运动出汗后,牛自然会喝水,以补充身体内的水分。第二,在牛草料里放点盐,牛吃草后自然会产生饥渴,有了饥渴也就有了喝水的需求。
可见,要想让人主动做某件事,必须给他创造一定的需求。
人们买东西,正是因为有心理的需求,搞销售的,就是要把人们的那种需求,给它明显化,给它Show出来,说服客户相信你所供应的产品或服务是物超所值的,这样就起到了销售的作用,赢得了客户的心。"挂钟歪了"的心理学原理告诉我们:人们内心有一个正确的图像,如果与现实出现了反差,歪了,就会产生认知不和谐,这时人们就会感觉有种压力,有种不安的感觉,甚至会因此产生一种动力--把它扶正。并且,这种动力是自动自发、自行负责的。当你给他树立了新的图像,树立得比较清晰后,客户就会喜新厌旧,开始对旧的图像不满意。当客户觉得有了新的方案时,他就一定要把旧的状况改变。他便会自动搜索,自动校正,直至他将现在的图像和你给他树立的图像吻合了以后,才会觉得满意,这样,客户也就达成了你的成交目的。
所以说,销售是需要用到心理学理论的。当客户图像是歪的时候,当他的现状并不好的时候,他可能会忍耐、会将就,所以我们做销售的工作,就是要把新图像给他树立清楚。一个擅长描绘新图像、描绘客户心中愿景的人,就容易把生意做成。
让我们看看下面这个例子:
A公司的总经理某一天惊奇地发现,他的某位销售员当天竟然卖了30万美元,于是他便去问个究竟。
"是这样的。"这位销售员说,"刚刚一位男士进来买东西,我先卖给他一个小号的鱼钩,然后告诉他小鱼钩是钓不到大鱼的,于是他买了大号的鱼钩。我

看似不可能完成的销售奇迹,究竟是如何做到的呢?答案很简单:是通过一次又一次地在客户心目中建立新的意愿图像,帮助客户发掘自己没有意识到的需求,来实现成交的。
这个案例生动地告诉我们:销售和人的心理有关,懂得挖掘客户内心深处的需求、不断在客户心中建立新的意愿图像,有时可以起到事半功倍的效果。
那么人内心深处最根本的需求是什么呢?可以用一句话来概括:追求快乐,逃避痛苦。这是人的本性,所以对于销售人员来说,要对客户做的工作也只有一个:把好处说够,把痛苦说透。
我们一定要学会利用网状激活系统打开客户的盲点。其实,客户一旦开始追寻目标,就能给自己寻找理由,并且比销售人员找到的还要多,客户如果能给自己建立起理由,销售就已经成功一半了。
帮助客户把好处想够,把痛苦想透,他就会愿意和你成交。你帮助客户想好图像,实质上就是建立一种意愿,一旦一个人心中有图像了,他就会自己给自己搜索,然后给自己建立起一种决定。
把痛苦说透
掏钱总是一件痛苦的事情,所以拒绝就成了一种本能。
面对这种情况,我们该怎么办呢?很简单:将"不买某件东西的痛苦"塑造够,使之超过花钱的痛苦,客户同样会愿意和我们成交。但这就要考验销售人员的个人素养了。
一个顶尖的sales,需要具备良好的态度,一流的技能和丰富的知识,也就是我们所说的ASK。
我经常思考,到底是什么使客户被你成交…
有人说,你能帮助客户解决问题啊;没错,我认同这个观点,如果你提供的产品或服务没有办法帮助解决问题,你还把产品销售给客户,那就是诈骗行为,所以,在我看来,帮助客户解决外贸学习问题是一个Sales最基本的行为底线和道德底线。同时,你能帮助客户解决问题,你的对手也能帮助其解决问题啊,所以,帮助客户解决问题并不足以成为客户被你成交的理由。
有人又说,我的外贸软件价格便宜啊,没错,我相信客户购买产品是关注价格,但是其更关注价值,所以,价格是客户购买你产品的理由吗?我看未必。
有人又说,我和客户的关系比较好,我想讲,特别在中国,这样的思维在sales,特别是BTOB的销售中大行其道,尤其对于一些传统行业这样的风气更是如日中天,但是,花无百日红,人无百日好。而且,这样的销售模型,是很多企业所依赖的模型,但我更相信这样的销售模式完全不是企业所希望的,因为,这样的销售模型决定了销售的业绩受制于人,这也是在中国企业中,营销经理或者销售经理称王称霸的原因所在。
