Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.
I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.
Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.

sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient. so i pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. table tennis is my favorite game. i play it almost every day.

table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. it strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money. table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football. it is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days. thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise

　　There was a basketball match between Class 3 and Class 4 yesterday afternoon. Before the match, all the students thought Class 3 would win the match because some good players were in the class.
The match began, and all the players played very well.Other students watched and shouted for their teams. It was an exciting match.
When the first half of the match ended, Class 4 fell behind Class 3. The players in Class 4 tried their best to catch up with them in the second half. With the shouts "Come on", the players in Class 4 won the match.
The match was over. How wonderful the match was!

昨天下午3班和4班举行了一场篮球赛。比赛前所有的学生认为3班会赢，因为他们班有一些好球员。
比赛开始，所有的球员都打得非常好。其它学生观看并为各队呐喊助威。那真是一场激烈的比赛。
上半场结束时，4班落后。4班的球员在下半场使尽全力追赶3班。在一片“加油”声中，4班赢得了这场比赛。
比赛结束了。多么激烈的比赛啊!
