Do you wana have a healthy body?If you want to have a healthy body, you must exercise。Well,in many countries,exercising is a good healthy lifestyle(生活方式)。And many people exercise,eat too much healthy food everyday。This lifestyle helps them keep very healthy。If you don't exercise and eat healthy food,your body will become weak day by day(一天比一天衰弱)。In addition(另外),you shouldn`t eat too much junk food ,like(例如)eating French fries and hamburages。So we must do much exercise and eat healthy food every day 。

Nowadays,more and more people are being obesity,which has been a serious problem. The reason is that people are eating more and more junk and oil foods such as hamburgs,meanwhile,they are lack of exercise,as a result ,they get fatter and fatter.
As far as I'm concerned,in order to keep fit ,we must eat more foods which contains rich protains,for example,fish.What's more,the fruits are also good for our health,they can provide us with Vitamins. And then,we should have a banlanced diet,which can meet all of our needs .
So in summary ,only by eating a banlanced diet and do more exercise can we be away from obesity!

It is important that we eat healthily. To do this we have to have what is called “a diet.” This is the food we eat and the drinks we drink. To have a healthy diet, we have to make sure we eat the right kinds of foods. Nutritious foods are very good for us. The nutrients help us to grow, keep our bodies in good repair, and help us to stay fit and active.Eat less fatty food, especially fats high in saturated fatty acid, such as butter and lard. Cut down on the amount of sugar we consume, from foods, such as sweets, to fizzy drinks. Eat more cereal foods such as bread and pasta. Increase the amount of dietary fibre eaten, found in cereals, fruits and vegetables. Eat less salt-cut down on salty snacks, for example. Drink less alcohol, found in beer, spirits and wine. There are many alternatives that can be used to make the same dishes, only healthier. Use polyunsaturated margarine and oil instead of butter, suet and lard. Fry meat such as minced beef or bacon in its own fat-drain off any runny fat before completing the recipe.

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people don't know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because'life depends on exercise'. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.
