河南省工人文化宫管理处的工作人员，不忍学英语的老人在寒风中受冻，想方设法腾出一间会议室，免费提供给老人当教室。

昨天（29日）上午9时30分，在省工人文化宫四楼的“文明教育室”，记者看到，30多平方米的教室里，整齐地摆着五排桌椅，每排有10个座位。
