【内容摘要】 英语是世界上使用十分广泛的语言之一,也是国际通用语言。
在中国,随着经济的发展,英语这门学科也受到大家越来越多的重视。
小学阶段是学生学习英语的关键期,对于绝大多数小学生来说是外语方面的启蒙教育时期。
从某种意义上来说,承担启蒙教学的小学英语教师比初中英语教师更为重要。
因此,小学英语教师肩负着既光荣又艰巨的任务,如何才能把一堂课上好,也显得尤为重要。
本文从备课、课堂内容安排及方式、课后反思以及教师在教学中所要注意的问题这几个方面阐述了在小学英语教学中,教师该如何上好一堂课。

二、从培养学生学习英语的兴趣入手学生的学习兴趣主要靠教师来培养,兴趣是理智和情感、思想与行为相结合的统一,分为直接兴趣和间接兴趣,刚刚学习英语的小学生对其都有一种好奇心,当他们第一次听到Good morning. How are you Goodbye, Li Ping. Hello!的时候,很新奇、很感兴趣,都强着讲,这是一种直接兴趣。
作为教师应该想办法来延长这种直接兴趣,所以,每堂课我都坚持使用日常用语,教他们学习简单的对话,鼓励他们大胆的讲英语,对讲的好的学生及时表扬、鼓励,培养他们的自信心,这样就可以激发他们的学习兴趣,上课时就能做到学有所得,学一点、记一点、会一点,使他们得到满意的学习效果,学生学习英语的兴趣自然会增长,学习积极性和主动性也会随着增加。
我还经常采用较为灵活的教学方法和教学手段来调动学生的学习积极性,如:利用课前课后的时间给他们唱英语歌曲,并根据教材的内容安排教他们学唱英语歌曲等,课堂上做一些有趣的对话表演,如:Good morning, Sam. Good morning. How are you I'm fine. How are you Goodbye等活动结合起来,以激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
我在英语教学中发现,师生之间的感情融洽对培养学生的学习兴趣至关重要,记得我刚开始上英语课时,当学生回答不出我提出的问题或答错时,心里很着急,我想是我教学的方法出现了问题还是学生学习英语的兴趣没有激发起来?当课堂上我发现有的学生不注意听讲、搞小动作的时候,我想方设法调动他们的积极性,但课堂气氛不活跃,教学效果不佳,后来我反复思考,找学生交流、谈心,设法发展师生之间的友情,这样在教学中课堂气氛才逐渐的活跃了起来。
通过实践经验得知,当学生不注意听讲、搞小动作的时候,教师要投以友善的目光,鼓励他们集中精力上好课,当学生回答不出教师提出的问题时,教师要引导、鼓励、增强他们的自信心,让他们认为自己能行,试着回答,错了教师给纠正,这样长期坚持下去他们会有进步的。
我在对待学生时时常做到,动之以情、晓之以理,使他们觉得教师不仅是师长,更是他们的朋友。
作为教师要给学生一种外在的“亲和力”,让他们在正常的学习生活中没有过多的压力,能在轻松、愉快中学习,这样他们的学习兴趣才更浓。
三、坚持用英语组织教学,培养学生的交际能力小学英语教学中, 首先要让学生感知英语。
课堂上, 教师要尽量多讲英语,这样可以烘托课堂气氛,增强学生的求知欲,强化学生的听说能力,集中学生注意力。
不要因担心学生听不懂而用母语来组织教学,我们可以在英语授课时用手势、眼神、表情、动作等这些“身体语言”来帮助学生听懂、明白我们所表达的意思。
黑板上的板书也尽量用英语,让学生完全置身于一个英语语言环境中。
小学英语课程一般从最简单的日常用语开始,最初可用表情或解释说明使学生理解, 先让学生能听懂,然后会说。
比如:Good morning (afternoon)!Sit down,please.Open your books.Read after me.Who's on duty today在此基础上不断扩展,一般四五周后多数学生都能听懂并在课堂上与教师进行简短对话练习。

这是一节公开课,给我们上课老师是郑老师,她是一位女教师,我很喜欢上她的英语课,因为她上课十分活跃,让我们听得十分入神。
今天第一节课就是郑老师的课。
在上课铃打响前,我们都鸦雀无声地等待着开课的那一刻。
当时,我们班大多数同学心里一点也不安稳,很紧张,而我和别人刚好相反,一点也不紧张,反而十分轻松,心里却像热锅上的蚂蚁,急切地等待着郑老师的到来。
