Actually,I usually eat something is very fast.
Firstly,I can have a talk my meal eating habit.I like eating vegetables very much.I like eat fishes,chickens,crabs,shrimps and so on.I can't eat seafood,I am allergy at that.
Secondly,what kind of fruit I like?I like bananas,oranges,strawberries,pawpaws,pears,blueberries,peaches,grapes and so on.
All in all,my eating habits look like prefer eating vegetables.

My Eating HabitMy eating habits were formed in my childhood. Since it was hard for me to dine without drinking milk, it has become a habit for me to have drinks during meals. Having drinks during meal, however, turns into a bad idea when it comes to loosing weight. By calculating the calories I consumed every day, drinking unquestionably made me gain a lot of weight, and kept me far from being fit. That was when I started to reconcern the need of taking regular drinks during breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I came up with some solutions. First, I will start by drinking water instead of juice and soda, and cut down the amount of milk I drink almost daily. Second, I will try my best to avoid passing any vending- machines or convenient stores during meal time. Though habits are easily formed and somehow hard to change, I can still give it a try to make better eating habits of my own.
