Sleep Study - Failed ME I slept just fine last night as I did in my first sleep study 5 years ago! I'm so frustrated!!! You will need an oxymeter, a device that measures the level of blood oxygen saturation. In healthy people it is always close to 100%, rarely dropping below 95%. You must have had that parameter measured during your sleep studies and it probably didn't show anything abnormal, that's why your doctor thinks you are ok. If you can get hold of this device (you put it either on your finger or on the ear) use it during a couple of nights at home and observe if your oxygen saturation drops below 90%.
