互联网时代，人人都可以做自媒体。
但是能够做成的，一定寥寥无几，任何行业都遵循二八定律，从来不会有全民的狂欢。
曾经有个朋友问我：“你做了那么多网站，怎么不给自己留一个呢?”
我的回答是：“巨头垄断的网络时代，个人站长注定要退出历史舞台，与其在夹缝中挣扎，不如抱个大腿，使用巨头的平台和资源。”
(好想把上面那个“抱大腿”删掉，然后用个高大上且优雅的句子，叫做：站在巨人的肩上，哈哈。)
这便是我要说的第一点：
1、自媒体运营平台的选择
选择哪个平台来运营自己的自媒体呢?
有个技巧：拿五个不同行业朋友的手机打开来看看，都安装了哪些APP。就我个人的观察，一般都一定会安装QQ、微信、QQ空间、淘宝、微博，现在移动互联时代已经开启，一定要选一个用户
最容易接触到我们的平台，而且这个平台的用户基数要大。
微信有公众平台和朋友圈，QQ有qq空间，简单说一下这两个平台的特点。
微 信的公众平台起初真是个好玩意儿，能把信息推送到用户的手机上，有那么点强制阅读的味道，不过自从微信5出来后，公众号被折叠了，消息推送这一优势被大大 削弱。另外微信公众平台是个很封闭的环境，读者除了读文章之外，看不到其他消息，不利于读者间的互动，而且公众平台没有客户端，不利和读者交流。
微信朋友圈是个半封闭的熟人关系圈，是现在很多营销人士主攻的阵地，朋友圈的优点是信息的阅读转载量比较高，缺点是承载不了太多信息，信息的表现形式也很单一。
QQ空间可以说是经久不衰的一个平台，拥有庞大的用户，而且用户粘度非常高，缺点是用户群体普遍比较年轻，各种成功学心灵鸡汤在这里的转载量特别高，营销号也特别多。qq空间里面的
信息基本是透明的，赞、评论、转发、转载等信息一目了然，不像微信公众平台，明明没几个订户，却敢对读者说自己的文章几十万阅读量。
淘宝的平台比较少接触，就不说了，微博正在衰落，也不说了。
我选择的是QQ空间，方便和读者交流，读者间互动方便，转载分享传播简单。
2、自媒体主题的选择
选择什么样的主题，决定了你的读者群体。
从朋友圈、QQ空间、微博里面的鸡汤文和成功学鸡血的高转载量来看，选什么主题都能够吸引到读者，因为网民太多了，跟你持一样观点的人也会很多。
那是不是应该选个有很多群体的主题呢?当然不是，要根据你的出发点来选。
a、如果以赚钱为出发点，那么适合的主题有：女性类、孩子类、健康类、创业类、学习类等等。
b、如果想快速吸引到人而且要求文章被快速扩散，那么心灵鸡汤、成功学这些主题是您不二的选择，记得要在文章的开头和结尾加上：“不转不是xxx”“不转xxx”“转了xxx”，心智不够
成熟的人看到会为你疯狂转载的。
c、如果只是谈谈感悟，写写文章，没什么其他目的的话，那么随性写就可以了。
d、如果是某种兴趣爱好的话，那么坚持就可以了，人以群分，他们会找到你的。
凡是以目的为出发点的主题，都需要好好计划，慢慢分析，分析的方向有：群体特征、群体人数，群体需求等。
另外还有一个硬性指标是：自媒体运营者自身的高度决定了读者的高度。
3、如何快速获得第一批粉丝
万事开头难，做自媒体快速获得第一批粉丝是很重要的，这批粉丝会帮你转载分享，如果一个粉丝可以影响十个人的话，那么以后要成长起来就容易得多。
那么怎么做呢?有三点：
a、写出高质量的文章，高质量是指有价值，读者能学到东西的文章，这类文章可以获得很高的转载量。记住不要写负面的带有很负能量的文章，这些虽然也有很多转载量，但是得来的读者质
量太低了。
b、动用所有渠道宣传你的自媒体ID，每篇文章都要带有版权信息，也可以带些自我介绍。
c、这点是跟鬼脚七学来的：搞些小活动鼓励粉丝向身边的朋友推荐自己。
