Changchun City ，my hometown，is situated at the heart of Songliao Plains in northeast China.I’m proud of her because she is characterized as the automobile city, forest city, film city and city of science, technology and culture.
Although Changchun is a new city with only about 200 years of history，she is a very influential regional center city in China with high degree openness and advanced science and education now. The city has 27 regular institutions of full-time tertiary education with a total enrollment of approximate 160,000 million students. Jilin University and Northeast Normal University boast of good reputation in China.

晴空万里的一天，我和爸爸妈妈一起去南池公园游玩。
来到大门前，首先映入眼帘的是“古南池”三个金色的大字，在太阳的照耀下闪闪发光。
进了南池公园的大门，就看到一座石碑耸立在正中央，上面有南池的历史简介。
绕过石碑，就来到了长廊，这条长廊有好几十米长，周围栽满了菊花，有红的、有黄的、有白的、像一条长长的彩带。
微风从南边的南湖上吹来，使人神清气爽。
走完长廊，就来到了南湖，湖上有好几座木桥，一踩就咚咚作响，站在桥上向湖里望去，银光闪闪、波光粼粼，湖面上有十几朵睡莲，颜色各异，有红的、有白的，有黄的，在碧绿的荷叶衬托下，美丽极了。
从石桥上下来，就是一大片草地，碧绿的小草就像一大块绿色的地毯。
