在经历了一个多月的紧张而又繁忙的教学工作之后,终于迎来九年级第一次月考实践反馈,让我有了更真实、全面认识自己前一段教学工作的机会。面对十月份的月考成绩,对学生取得的成绩感到一丝欣慰的同时,思考更多的是本次考试中学生出现的一些本不该有的错误等等,从个人情感上我一时难以接受。这让我清醒地认识到前一段教学工作还有许多不尽如人意的地方,清楚地感觉到学生的学习态度中还存在着一些问题,促使我认真、全面地去审视思考。

1. 单项选择得分不高,特别是涉及语法的部分,其次则是完型填空,得分情况更是令人堪忧。
2. 然后则是作文,很多学生连基本的句式也无法清楚表达,逻辑结构混乱,特别是很多七年级和八年级的知识掌握不牢固,从而导致基础薄弱,单词量不大。
3. 试卷中的单词填空和阅读理解部分完成的比较良好,但仍存在一些问题,如粗心大意,张冠李戴。
二、自我检讨
1. 从本次月考成绩看,横向比较,由于是跨入初三年级第一次月考,学生刚刚基本调整过来,考试成绩受前2年学习的影响较大,还需要进一步努力,才能应对后面更严峻的考验。纵向比较,平均分、及格率等都偏低,全班的整体英语水平还有待提高。
2. 经过1个多月的了解,初步了解了学生的水平,还是很多针对学生水平的改进方法还做得不到位。比如,从本次考试看,部分学生的基础较差,在这一个多月教学工作中,忽略了一些基础知识的巩固和复习。
3. 在课余时间,花在教学上和关心学生的时间不够,以致部分学生还没有真正融入毕业班的英语学习中,心理波动较大,逐渐失去了学习英语的兴趣。
三、改进措施
1. 学有所乐、乐中求学。兴趣是最好的老师,只能激发出学生学习英语的兴趣,才能让学生主动学习英语,这一点对即将面临中考的初三年级学生尤为重要,也是目前最迫切的工作。比如可以利用李阳疯狂英语的理念提升教学激情,让学生在激情中成就梦想;可以让学生根据自己的兴趣选择性地阅读课外读物、听英语歌曲、阅读报刊以及观看英语电影等等,合理利用多媒体等学生相对感兴趣的手段,争取让所有学生在短时间内都能产生对英语的浓厚兴趣。
2. 目标+行动+方法=成功。以本次月考成绩为基础,让学生初步了解自身位置,
以中考为目标制定自己的学习计划,并培养每位学生学好英语的自信心。
3. 对不同层次的学生要因材施教,特别是要花更多时间关心鞭策后进学生,使
其警醒;奖励优秀学生,使其在鼓舞中更上一层楼。同时可以让优秀学生在学习过程中帮助后进学生,相互促进,共同提高学习成绩。
4. 降低起点,夯实基础,强化记忆,狠抓落实。只有从简单开始,对简单的知
识灵活运用,有了扎实的基础,才能稳扎稳打做得更好。从应试出发,很多都是考察学生的基础知识掌握情况,首先要保证基础不扣分、少扣分,才能提升阅读和完形等深层次水平,最基本的就是多记忆单词、短句等。

动脑思考的机会、发现的机会、讨论与争辩的机会、自我小结的机会。

读、多听。俗话说水到渠成,语言的学习就是培养一种感觉,而感觉需要靠数量的积累来培养。听多了、读多了,让学生彻底告别哑巴英语的时代,语感自然就产生了,再把感觉上升到理念,将理念融入到自己的思维中,英语就能运用自如。

科学规范,难易度和区分度适中。充分体现了新课程的理念,贴近社会,贴近学生生活。但对于我们的学生来说试题偏难。主要是平常练习较少,还有就是没有复习完。
整套试卷题型分为I卷(客观题)和II卷(主观题)两部分,满分150分时间120分钟。总体来说,难度适中,但每一题型试题设置基本遵循了由易到难的原则,梯度明显,无偏题怪题,考查了学生“在有意义的具体语境中运用语音、词汇、语法、语用等语言知识的能力”整套试题更关注学生对语言知识、语言技能的理解、准确掌握及综合语言知识运用能力。
1.听力:听力部分共20个小题,四个题型,分客观题和主观题两部分。该部分旨在考查考生从有声材料中获取语言信息并处理信息的能力。考查的方式主要包括捕捉句子中的关键信息,语速适中,难度适宜。
2.选择题:知识覆盖面较广,重基础,重语境。
3.完形填空:完形填空题主要考查学生的英语综合技能,题型难度较大,具有较高的区分。重在整体理解,对个别单词的词意的确定很关键,通篇理解很重要,要教会学会方法。
4.阅读理解:1、重在篇章理解,对答案的理解不能单从原文中寻章摘句,必须静心从全文入手,反复推敲。第一篇短文学生出错率较高。
2、非常注重考查学生的逻辑推理、归纳、演绎等各方面的能力。

3、既考查了学生对文章中心的理解,又考查了对细节的把握。
4. 尤其是任务型阅读的设题更具开放性和应用性,试题的设计既能较好地考查学生的阅读理解能力和语言运用能力,又对今后教学有较好的导向作用。
5.短文填空:特别注重语境和上下文理解的考查,词汇比较基础,但具体运用比较灵活。
6.写作:连词成句旨在考查考生对初中阶段英语句子种类和基本句型的掌握情况,同时为书面表达做一个思维铺垫。引导教师在日常教学中按照“句——段——篇”的训练顺序,由易到难, 循序渐进,训练学生的写作能力。
书面表达,要求学生从环保入手。此题注重运用,与学生实际生活联系紧密,写作内容宜浅宜深,它要求考生具备扎实的语言功底,并能关注语篇意义的表达以及运用英语思维去写作,甄别考生的写作水平和英语的综合语言能力的功能极大加强。
错误分析:
1、两极分化较大,优秀率较少,不及格的学生相对较多,因此如何有效地抑制两极分化,对学有困难的学生的转化提高,大面积提高英语教学质量,对大多数学校来说,任务依然艰巨。
2、基础知识和基本技能不扎实,学生对一些基本词汇、

语法、句型的掌握不够熟练,也就谈不上运用了。因此,课堂教学中如何注重基础知识和基本技能的合理、有效地训练,仍应引起一些学校和教师的高度重视.
3、学生综合运用语言的能力不强,今年的中考试卷中增加了主观题的比重,要求学生灵活应用所学的知识,但考查的结果却暴露教学中的一个薄弱环节,这些题(听力最后一部分,完形填空,书面表达)的得分率都比较低,因此,在平时教学中如何培养学生综合运用语言的能力应引起教师的高度重视,而不是单纯地教师讲语法,学生背语法。
4、学生的书面表述能力差,语感不强,中国式的英语较多,拼写错误也较多,在日常教学中如何对学生进行有效的写的训练仍是教师需要考虑的问题。
5、在教学中忽略了对学生良好书写习惯的培养,大部分卷面不够整洁,书写不规范。
四、今后的教学建议
1.认真钻研教材,吃透教材。注重基础知识与基本技能的学习与训练。首先要让学生们
过单词关。
2、教师的日常教学应面向全体学生,注重对学生学习策略的培养,抓两头,促中间,防止两极分化,大面积地提高我校的初中英语教学质量。
3、夯实基础,加强写作训练。书面表达是中考必考内容

之一,能客观地反映考生英语基础知识掌握情况,一直是考生的薄弱环节。因此在平时的教学中,一定要让学生吃透教材和考纲,过好基础知识关,为语言运用打下扎实的基础;平时应多归纳,举一反三,鼓励学生运用所学词组和句型进行组词造句,表情达意,并创设语境,活跃学生的思维,提高学生的语言运用能力。另外,面对中考英语作文开放性、实用性的发展方向,教师要培养学生良好的写作习惯,帮助学生熟悉各种文体的写作方法,学会运用过渡词和逻辑关联语,使短文连贯流畅。
4、加强听力训练,营造语言环境。
5、加强阅读训练,强化语篇意识。在平时的阅读教学与训练中,我们要改变以往肢解语篇进行翻译串讲、偏重单项知识的讲授和语法分析的不良现象。始终将语篇教学贯穿于平时的课文教学和阅读理解教学中,从而提高学生从篇章整体入手概括语篇意义的能力,培养其预测下文,推断隐含意义,筛选信息等能力。同时,教师还要引导学生应用科学的阅读方法,适当进行限时阅读训练,培养学生快速、准确、高效的阅读能力。
6、注意培养学生细致、严谨的学习态度,减少考试中出现的低级错误。平常训练中要严格要求,重视学生在学习过程中出现的各种错误,并帮助学生将错误进行归纳总结,以免一错再错。

People often ask me for suggestions about how to learn English. Everyone's different, of course, but I thought I'd share(分享) some of my experiences. I once took one semester of second-year English in Peking University, but I mostly learned English on my own.
One thing I can tell is, once you’ve started learning, you should try to think in English as much as you can. 1. 动笔之前~认真审题

4. 不会表达~另辟蹊径
中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定~不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好~造复合句容易出错~容易被扣分~阅卷场上有句话:“错误面前人人平等~文采好不加分”。如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达~可采用变通的办法~化难为易~化繁为简。总之~所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。
(1) 迂回而行
当汉语词义不会用英语表达时~可以想一个与这个汉语词义相似的几种词义。扩展思路~然后从英语中找出一个与其词义相近的代替。这样可有异曲同工之妙。
(2) 小词大用
汉语中有些语意看来很复杂很文雅~但在英语中可用一些常用词表达。下面这些词可能在你的书面表达中很有用:take, have, get, make, e, go, do, see, show,
happy, nice, kind, help 等。
(3) 借花献佛
有时书面表达中需要的单词或词组或许在试卷中的其他地方出现。因为刚刚做过题~记忆犹新~那么就可信手拈来~为我所用。 5. 锦上添花~量力而行
如果你还有时间和精力,想把书面表达写得更好,那么,请注意以下几点:
(1) 句型多样化,不要I(We)……到底,使人觉得乏味。 (2) 适当使用一些并列句或主从复合句。
(3) 进一步描绘人或事物时,适当使用定语从句。 (4) 适当使用分词或分词短语,烘托谓语动词。 (5) 偶尔使用一下倒装句,增加新鲜感。
(6) 适当调换一下状语在句子中的位置,使句子不雷同。 (7) 上下句子紧接时,其中完全相同的成分可以省略,以节省篇幅。
6. 书写工整~卷面整洁
字迹要清晰~让阅卷人看得清楚~不可字迹潦草~难以辨认~要保持卷面的整洁。

1. 动笔之前,认真审题
《中考考试说明》 指出, 书面表达要切中题意。 怎样才能切中题意? 就是要认真审题,看到考题后,先不要急于动笔,要仔细看清题目要 求的内容。 在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面, 确定短文的中心 思想,不要匆匆下笔,看懂题意,根据图画、图表、提纲或短文提供 的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、 主体时态、活动时间、地点等。
2. 围绕中心,拟定提纲
书面表达评分原则有四条:
(1)内容要点;
(2)运用词汇和结构的数量;
(3)运用语法结构和词汇的准确性;
(4)上下文的连贯性。
