2010-2011学年上学期的期末考试结束了。本次英语试题在考察学生基础知识的同时,也渗透了新课改的理念结合中学英语课程标准的内容和要求,注重考察学生的语言知识、语言技能、交际能力及灵活运用词汇知识和语法知识等综合语言运用能力。侧重由知识立意向能力立意转变。对下一步的初中英语教学起到了很好的导向作用。
从学生的实际和试卷本身来看,我们发现学生与教学主要存在以下问题:
1、 涉及功能项目的单项选择,口语运用题有很大的差距对一些语法知识和结构不能灵活应用。
2、 阅读理解技能和技巧不够灵活。
3、 学生书面表达能力差,缺乏拓展想象的能力。语句不连贯,条理不清。
4、 相当一部分学生对英语学习缺乏自信心和学习动力;在英语课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言;另外大部分书本知识太深,部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏。
5、学生找不到英语学科复习的有效载体,不能有效的利用课本,适时地回归课本。 6、部分学生在复习时缺乏系统安排和科学计划, 导致学习效果不明显。
从学生暴露的问题,我们得到很大的启发,在今后的英语教学中,要改变教学观念,改进教学方法,做到:
1. 英语学习切不可盲目,一定要制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划。
1)将语音和词汇的补漏工作应穿插在教学单词的时候进行。在教新词的过程中及时讲解有关的语言知识和单词辩音,及时归纳所学过的单词;在复习时要善于触类旁通,形成语音类、单词串,力争使没有把握的语音、词汇逐一巩固。日常交际用语的补漏要融汇于“四会”的语言运用中。要努力使基础知识转化为技能,要不断提高英语的日常交际能力。
2)立足课本,夯实基础
我们知道,初三英语学习主要是以深化基础知识为主。我想,在学习中要分阶段学习,在第一阶段要以大纲为标准,以课本为依据,按照课本的编排顺序,每一册、每一单元、每一课都要细致地学习,力求基础,全面。所谓基础,是指学习要抓住“三基”,即基础知识、基本技能和基本解题方法。所谓全面,一是指学习要全面覆盖所学知识,不遗漏任何一个知识点,二是要面向全体学生,防止“片面追求高分”现象,绝不能冷落“差生”。
2. 强化阅读理解技能和技巧写作能力的培养。除了进行方法和技巧的指导之外,应多介绍西方的风俗习惯,让学生接触生动的有趣的英语文章资料,让学生从语境中学会技能。
3. 强化写作能力的培养。平时可以以练笔的方式或口头作文的方式进行小短文的训练 也可以练习学生对日常生活的描述能力,使他们从背单词到造句,到作文,词不离句,句不离文。在日常的学习中,锻炼写作的能力。
4.模拟练习,综合提高
查缺补漏后,学生的基础知识已比较全面、系统、完整。但是对于重点内容还要以专题的形式进行练习,以便于进一步突出重点。同时要强化易错点,为达到这一目的,教师要选取高质量的模拟练习题进行练习,然后进行讲评。那么,如何讲评呢?好的讲评应该在讲评之前认真地分析,找出学生的错点,并在课堂上讲评时抓住这些错点,帮助学生弄清出错的原因,使学生及时纠正错误。同时,讲评不能就题论题,而是应该抓住试题中的典型题目,讲清原理,归纳方法,总结规律,并对典型题目进行引申、推广。

紧张的期中考试结束了,看着自己学生的成绩,真是喜忧参半,喜的是部分学生考的还不错,基础题做的不错,高分段也是不错的。忧的是不少学生对于学习的态度还是比较差,个别学生最基本的基础知识也是不知道,我的上课效率对于有些学生而言等于是零。
在教学过程中,教师必须充满激情,才能够带动学生,去感染学生。同时兴趣是最好的老师,在每一节课中,教学方法力求多样,去考虑学生喜欢什么,才可以真正上好一节课。因此在以后的教学中,仍然要坚持培养学生的兴趣。同时学习习惯也是至关重要的。1.鼓励学生大胆开口说英语,在以后的课堂中,也要更加多的让学生互动起来,进行表演对话,多练,才可以灵活运用。2.英语组织教学,教师继续英语组织教学,要让学生说英语,教师必须说英语,这样也可以更好的为学生创造语言环境。

做,实在不会做的题要求学生自己看书查找、也可以直接问我,无论是多么简单的题我都会逐一给以解答,帮助学生完成卷子上的习题、巩固学生以学过的知识、同时也了解学生普遍在哪几个方面还存在着问题,如果是共性问题就统一给学生再讲解一遍。考试中的每一道题型都带领学生训练过,每一种题型都告知其解题的技巧和方法。卷子上的题每一道都认真的给学生讲解,每一道题的答案都板书在黑板上,当时没听懂的学生课下单独辅导,自认为试卷上的题学生都能答出来,但试卷评下来之后才发现,自己的主观愿望以变成了一些不及格的红灯。
通过本次期中考试,让我看到了很多问题,我也认真地思考总结了几点:
1,考试前领着学生复习的题,无论是单词还是句型大部分学生都能答上,问题还是存在基础知识较差的学生上,他们对于最基本的知识还是不会。在今后的教学过程中应将重点放在差生上,帮助他们弄明白基础知识,提高整体成绩。 2,基础知识得分情况要比后面的题得分情况好的多。
3,部分认真听讲的学生的分数还是没达到理想的标准。在这里原因有很多,应提高学生上课时的学习效率,学生在上课时未免会有些松懈,有时反而忽略了最有用的东西,认真听是必须的,任何人也是无法集中精力一节课的,所以我一定要必须做一个好的时间分配。
4, 除了上面几点以外,通过这次考试,我意识到学生在知识的巩固上做的很不好,分析原因,也有自己平时督导的问题,我总结了知识点,但是没有有效的去检查学生,个别学生并没有重视,没有进行全面的复习,在今后的教学工作中,我必须加强对学生的督导,有效的检查和督导学生的基础知识掌握情况。
5,课堂教学中,我应该加强课堂的有效教学时间,使学生利用课堂的有效学习时间,掌握住课文的重点内容。英语学科是需要经常复习的,在复习这一点上我做的还是有所欠缺。

本次期中英语考试参加的是联考。有13所小学考试。从考试的结果来看,我校的英语考试结果并不好,六年级排名第四,四年级过平均线。从学生的考试卷来看发现不同程度的问题:有教师的教学问题、同时也出现了学生的学习和考试中存在的不足,现将本次考试反思如下:
一、教情
从学生的答题情况来看 ,可以反应出来我们在教学上存在的一些问题。
1、要教会学生一些必要的做题方法,应该让学生知道,比如在做笔试第六题时,要求是阅读判断。这样的题可以先让学生先看判断题,然后在课文里找相应的句子。
2 、教师要注重对学生对英语课文的巩固。如笔试二题的英译汉,有好些学生只是看只课文读就可以了,但没有牢牢记住。因此学生有不少学生丢了分。平时应让学生对主要的词组多写才能既住。
3、教师对学生的题型训练形式,能力培养等方面再活泛一点。不要只是让学生一味地会认会写会读单词即可,而应让学生对其它方面也应加强一些训练,例如,学生的写作能力,听音断能力等。
4、教师要及时训练学生对听力题的做题方法,不能急于求成。而且要仔细的听,不能马虎。要让学生有一个好的做题习惯。
二、学情
1、听力题不够仔细,而是马马虎虎的,而造成丢分,如听力第四题,没有仔细听清,就瞎做,因此还是有很多的学生因此丢了分。书写的不规范。
2、在本次考试中有大部分的学生在书写的题型上丢了不少的分。如笔试的第五题,因为字母的不规范和开头字母的不大写。
3、作题方法不够随机应变,如笔试第五题,学生不知道和上面的短文进行对照,灵活运用,也至使部分学生失分。还有听力的地三题,完全可以根据题意的意思来判断对错。
4、学生对考试的不重视,没有良好的做题习惯和检查的习惯。如一些题可以根据自己的所学知识来做,但学生只是一次,从不检查。
三、从整份试卷来看,今后的教学过程,应着重从以下几个方面努力:
1、英语教学以本来的面目,加大对学生听说认读写的训练力度,提高学生综合用运英语进行交际的能力。
2、培养学生每天听录音的习惯。
3、学生听、说、认、画、写的习惯。在平时的教学过程中,时时刻刻让学生多听多说多动手,无论在课堂上还是在生活中都要培养学生良好的学习习惯。

2、学生在课堂上的听课效率不高,课后没有认真复习及背诵单词。大部分学生的学习积极性不高,依赖性较强,对所学的知识点不懂得基本不发问,学习比较被动。认真背单词的学生又对知识的运用能力较差,不会举一反三。学生在考试审题时不认真,在答题时不讲究技巧。
二、改进措施
1、抓基础,培养能力 ,打好扎实的语言基础,特别是最基本的词汇和常用句型,要反复训练,做到举一反三。在课堂教学中,引导学生进行观察、比较、分析、归纳总结等,把更多的时间让给学生进行听、说、读、写的语言实践。
2、“师-生-生”沟通,缩小差距
加强“师-生-生”沟通(指教师与学困生的沟通;学优生对学困生的帮助)减少学生的怕犯错、怕发言、顾虑。适当降低要求,创造机会,让学困生体会学习英语的乐趣、体验成功。努力扶持学困生,使他们至少能达到最基本的小学英语课标要求。
3、科学合理地使用教材。教师应该首先科学合理地利用好教材使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力。
4、每节课的开始3分钟询问一些与单元话题有关的问题,调动学生的积极性,复习所学语言。
5、注重在平时的教学过程中培养提高学生的一些基本能力。如基本的阅读理解能力、正确流利书写的能力,还有对学生理解题意和答题技巧的训练。要端正学生的学习态度,培养其良好的习惯。
6、结成互帮小组,随时对所学知识进行检查及对落后生的学习进行督促。

小学英语期末考试反思
本学期,我担任小学三、六年级英语教学工作。在实际的教育教学中,我深深感觉到教小学英语之难之累,真是“苦在其身,乐在其心”~紧张的英语期末考试结束了,看着自己学生的成绩,真是喜忧参半,喜的是三年级学生总体成绩有所进步,基础题做的不错,但是在街道排名还是靠后。忧的是不少学生对于学习的态度还是比较差,尤其是六年级小部分学生连最基本的基础知识也是不知道,我的上课效率对于有些学生而言等于是零。为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步,现对此次的英语考试进行反思、总结。
本次期末试卷题型较简单,基本上都是课堂上掌握的重点。考试前领着学生一起复习,以卷子的形式出现,首先让学生自己做,实在不会做的题要求学生自己看书查找、也可以直接问我,无论是多么简单的题我都会逐一给以解答,帮助学生完成卷子上的习题、巩固学生以学过的知识、同时也了解学生普遍在哪几个方面还存在着问题,如果是共性问题就统一给学生再讲解一遍。考试中的每一道题型都带领学生训练过,每一种题型都告知其解题的技巧和方法。卷子上的题每一道都认真的给学生讲解,每一道题的答案都板书在黑板上,当时没听懂的学生课下单独辅导,自认为试卷上的题学生都能
答出来,但试卷评下来之后才发现,自己的主观愿望以变成了一些不及格的红灯。
通过本次期末考试,我认识到了自己教学中的不足之处,也要让学生认识到自己的不足。在本次期末考试中,让我看到了很多问题,我也认真地思考总结了几点:
一,考试前领着学生复习的题,无论是单词还是句型大部分学生都能答上,问题还是存在基础知识较差的学生上,他们对于最基本的知识还是不会。在今后的教学过程中应将重点放在差生上,帮助他们弄明白基础知识,提高整体成绩。
二,做好补差工作,缩小落后面。 对于学习成绩差的,当然要继续做好补差工作,争取让他们进步,在课堂教学中也要关注他们,经常让举手的学生回答问题,那么往往忽略了一些成绩差的学生,这些学生特别需要教师的鼓励,因此也要给他们适当的机会,并且多表扬,多鼓励。使他们在英语学习上不断进步,这就需要我真正地去爱他们关注他们,及时做好补差辅导工作,这样才能大面积提高英语教学质量。
三,部分认真听讲的学生的分数还是没达到理想的标准。在这里原因有很多,应提高学生上课时的学习效率,学生在上课时未免会有些松懈,有时反而忽略了最有用的东西,认真听是必须的,任何人也是无法集中精力一节课的,所以我一定要必须做一个好的时间分配。
四,课堂教学中,我应该加强课堂的有效教学时间,使学生利用课堂的有效学习时间,掌握住课文的重点内容。英语学科是需要经常复习的,在复习这一点上我做的还是有所欠缺。
五,这次考试学生听力丢分较多,在今后的教学中要有意识地加强学生听读能力的训练与培养,重点训练学生的阅读和听的习惯的培养。课外还要多选用一些内容健康,时代感强、知识性、趣味性并存的短文来让学生阅读,通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力,从而提高阅读,理解,分析,判断的能力。
六,实行分层次教学,降低对差生的要求,比如让成绩好些的学生背课文时,其他学生能读熟就可以了,检查单词和词组时,要求差生写对一半就算优秀,这样他下次会背单词背的更好~这样才能让每个学生有成就感,逐步提高学习英语的兴趣。
七,结成互帮小组,随时对所学知识进行检查及对差生的学习进行督促。
以上是我本次期末考试的反思。总之,作为一名教师,要多一份细心,多一份关心,多一份爱心,多一份耐心,更多一份责任心。相信付出总有回报。希望通过自己的努力,所教两个班的英语成绩会更上一层楼~

四、对下一阶段英语教学工作的思考
1、夯实语言基础知识
从学生在单项填空、完形填空部分的解答以及单词拼写、作文怎样书写可以看出,很多学生的词汇和语法知识仍不够扎实,还存在较多问题,因此,强调基础知识的学习毫不为过。另外,在平时词汇教学中,抓重点单词,特别是动词的教学,适当扩充该词的其他相关用法,增补一些与课文有关的新词或有用的词汇。
2、切实培养阅读能力
在平时教学中,应争取让学生多掌握一些英语文化背景知识,经常向学生提供一些供其精读或泛读的英语文章,适当加大他们的语言材料输入量,扩大阅读量和拓宽知识面,培养学生的阅读理解能力,同时引导学生逐步提高阅读速度,培养学生分解和整合信息的技能,从而提高阅读理解水平。
3、逐渐加强写作教学
从具体情况来看,学生在考试过程中还存在着审题不细致,要点不齐全,表达不清楚,连接不自然,书写不整洁。今后要逐渐加强写作教学,从基本句型,常用单词、词组的用法入手,加强单句翻译,并结合具体语境判断使用适当的单词、词组和基本句型。背诵部分名篇时文。适当介绍常见体裁的写作技巧,常见题材的相关句型句式,并且选用相关连接词,使文章显得语句恰当,结构清晰,连贯流畅。

4、反思
我认为出错的原因主要有以下几点:第一:学生基础较差,两极分化很大。学生的基础知识抓得还不紧,且学困生对于英语的兴趣普遍降低;第二,在复习的时候,训练不够多,造成部分学习能力差的学生失分严重。第三,学生单词记忆力度不够,这跟教师的英语学习习惯培养不够是有很大关系的。在接下去的教学中,需要重点抓落实单词句子的记忆和背诵,同时对于答题技巧的训练也是非常必要的。
