谈谈一周教学的心得吧,周末那天校长在会上介绍了我俩,第二天校长问我们想带哪门学课,我们说语文。没过几天校长叫我们去办公室,我选择七年级语文因为当时考虑的是想考研,所以很不好意思把八年级让和我住在一起的女生带了,她人挺好的。星期三我正式上课了,那天早上是九年级语文,我感觉怕怕的,有位老师说我们第一节课应该严肃点。所以那两节课我一下都没笑,把那个老师的课结了个尾,快下课的时候让同学写点对我的建议,她们说我有点严厉了,中午回来感觉有点小小的失落。下午给初一的孩子上语文课,我就把态度稍微变得温和了些,我把她们分了好几个组,让每个组上课积极回答问题就会得分,只要你站起回答正确得一分,错了会得0。5分,上课乱说话扣分,最后哪个组分最高还有奖励,其实目的只有一个想带动大家的课堂气氛,让每个人都参与进来。一节课后我感觉还行,晚上我再给他们上课就一点都不紧张了,那节课同学们都挺积极地,我感觉很成功。今天我是晚自习三,把那篇课文给节了,快下课的时候我让大家写写对我讲课的看法,他们刚开始不写,说都挺好的,不用写了。在我再三要求下,他们写了。我回来看了看其实挺满意的,除了声音小,语速有点快其他的都挺好的,他们能接受了我的讲课方式,他们说我带他们的语文课他们非常高兴。这可能是这周对我
的最大鼓励吧!
当我真正开始上课的时候才发现为什么这边这么需要老师了!就谈我教的几门课吧,首先四年级的语文,如果在扬州的小学的话,那些小孩已经基本上具备了理解课文的能力了,但是这边的小孩似乎连拼音都还没完全过关,更不要谈理解课文了,另外英语,好多单词小孩完全不知道,一节只有两节英语课,又没有英语晚自习什么的,我很纳闷,既然开了英语课,为什么不重视呢?那段时间,我曾经有过想要放弃,每天总有处理不完的事情,每天总会有烦心的事情,但是,每次一上课,看到孩子们那种渴求知识的眼光时,我的心就又软了......我现在能做的就是安心的把这一年给坚持下去,尽我最大的努力去改变这些小孩吧!
我以后还会更加努力的,因为我的目标就是让每个孩子课堂上都动起来,都参与进来,在我的课堂上没有好学生与差等生之说,每一个孩子都是最棒的,加油。

我在某县级中学进行了七个星期的数学教育实习工作。在实习期间,我的主要任务是数学教学工作,以下是我七个星期的实习总结。
一、认真负责,勤奋努力,为人师表,积极开展数学教学工作。
实习的第三天我就制定了数学教学工作计划,接下来我就按我的计划展开教学工作。
每天我的日常工作有:一是跟操。每天早上6:25及9:30到操场督促学生认真做操,检查学生仪容仪表,校牌佩戴。早操过后,督促学生把清洁区、教室的每个角落打扫干净;检查宿舍卫生及内务;10:25到教室督促学生做好眼保健操。二是下午、晚上的自习课,我都下班,管好纪律,辅导个别学生,给个别学生做思想工作,比如有一位女生晚就寝晚归,其他学生向我反应后,我利用
自习课的时间单独叫她出来谈话,问清原因(她与同学聊天忘记时间了),跟她说明晚归的利害关系:一是她的安全问题,二是影响到已经休息的同学。之后,她每晚都按时晚就寝了。三是晚上22:30下宿舍督促学生按时熄灯睡觉。
通过每天的工作,主动关心学生的学习、生活情况,很快就熟悉和掌握了班级及学生的情况和特点,使数学教学工作得以顺利展开。
在管理班级期间,我组织了一次篮球友谊赛,增进了班级的凝聚力;并安排了一次以《高中生涯规划》为主题的班会,促进了学生之间的相互认识和了解,明确了他们的奋斗目标,制定了他们的学习计划。
经过不懈的努力,我与学生建立了良好的师生关系,得到了他们的信任,成为他们诉说心事的对象,我也诚恳的倾听他们的倾诉
并开导他们。
二、老师指导,虚心学习,全面提高教学水平。
教学实习分为两个阶段:
第一阶段是见习阶段。在第一周里,我们认真听好指导老师的每一节课,做好听课记录,学习指导老师的教学方法、上课方式及思想思路,课后一起与老师探讨,虚心求教,深入了解课堂教学的要求和过程,学习如何备课、备学生。
第二阶段是上课。由于我和其他两位实习生共同带一个班级,所以我被安排为第三个上课。而指导老师安排给我的课时间间隔较长,这也使得我有充分的时间研究教材,详写教案。教案写了又
写,改了又改,直到自己认为能较好地符合班级情况为止。然后才给指导老师审批,在指导老师的批改和建议下,再做修改,重新整理教案,并且再上课前认真试讲。我的指导老师和搭档课后都给我评课,针对我课堂上出现的缺点提出宝贵意见,并且肯定了我的一些可取之处,这让我备受鼓舞,在课后努力改正,提高教学水平,从而确保在下一次的教学过程中不出现同样的错误,在这样的努力下,我在教态、语言、板书、提问技巧、与学生互动各方面都有了提高。
回顾这一个多月的时间,我们临桂中学实习组的每一位实习老师都是用心的,但是用心不一定就会成功,就会完美。我们毕竟还是一名实习生,在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章,也缺乏教学经验,甚至会在课堂上讲错过话,做错过题而无地自容、羞愧一天的事情也有过。但是在这段时间的学习、实践过程中,我们都从老师、队友身上学习很多知识,如不同的教学风格、班主任技巧等。
我们的实习即将结束,但我对教学的追求和努力将一如既往,我
对学生的关爱也将永不消减。作为准老师的我将在以后的学习、工作、生活中不断努力,不断成长,争取做一名优秀的数学老师。

这一周,从学生转型到老师,我感触极深,获益匪浅。面对第一次上台授课,既期待也有少许紧张。为了上好第一堂课,紧紧一个版面的内容,却奋身备课到凌晨一点!第一堂英语课,大获好评。第二堂信息技术课,班主任石老师微笑的对我竖起大拇指。现稍稍总结我的实习表现:
优点:精心的设计了教案,台风不错,教态自然大方,不慌不忙,亲切近人,自信,语言连贯紧凑,应用现代教学手段多媒体进行教学,有较好的课程导入方法,奖评制度吸引学生目光,能与孩子们相互交流思想,平时指导他们的作业解题及批改,具备教师优良的道德情操,严格履行了教师职责大家一致这么评价:第一次上台教课,这种水平已经是非常不错了。指导老师夸我很老练,让我稍稍有些成就感。
缺点:英语课因不能很好的掌握时间分配,前部分讲解太多,导致内容重点不够突出,及一些小的细节问题等。虽然信息技术课抹掉了这个缺点,但也有不足之处,依班主任石老师的话说就是:如果理论部分再稍讲慢一点,就很好了。

班主任石老师在我的实习成绩考核上,给了非常高的评价,评分99分(满分100),最后一句这么说的:真正成了学生的良师益友。这句话,也将会成为对我在未来路上的鼓励!我希望一直保持着这个骄人的姿态。

一、写作教学的重要性
西方语言文学大师、著名教育家、翻译家李赋宁教授在语言学国际研讨会上曾讲过,;只有通过创造性的练习(creative exercises),学生才能清楚有条理和连贯地表达思想;。写作能力是认识能力、思考能力和文字运用能力的综合反映。要使语言输入最有效率地转换成输出,就要在输入的同时尽可能多地进行输出。这样,语言的交际功能才能真正得以实现。
对初中生而言,他们的人生观开始形成,逐渐对各种事物有自己的看法,英文已具有一定的基础,因此他们有用英语进行书面交流的需求。如果写作教学没跟上,便不能满足学生的这种渴望。此时教师如能抓好这一关键期,就能培养学生用英文思考及表达的能力,提高他们对英文写作的兴趣,为他们今后进一步提高英文水平打下良好的基础。
二、目前英语写作教学的现状
由于作业批改量大,写作教学是语言教学中最容易受忽视的内容。许多教师在现行的考试制度下不得不把大量的精力放在语音、语法、词汇教学上,很容易忽视写作教学。对于写作的训练,教师大多是按考试的模式,给出题目和提示让学生去发挥,甚至是干脆发给学生一定数量的范文,让学生去背。虽然这样学生可以很快掌握文章的结构,但具体的表达则由于平时缺乏训练而错误百出。因此,学生的写作水平得不到根本的提高,调动学生写作的兴趣更无从谈起了。
三、如何加强初中阶段的英文写作教学
1.整体教学法及其在美国ESL教学中的运用
整体教学法主要倡导者Ken Goodman在1986年发表了;What's Whole in Whole Language;一文,提出了;整体教学法;的概念,并兴起了一场整体语言运动,在美国、加拿大、新西兰、澳大利亚等国家产生了巨大的影响。Goodman认为语言是一个整体,听、说、读、写是语言作为功能结构综合整体的有机组成部分,在教学上不应该被分割,而应该同时教。
在美国的ESL(英语作为第二语言)教学中,整体语言教学法几乎占统治地位。教师要求学生从上学第一天起就开始读写。学生要准备日记本,每天都要写。从无意义的写字母组合到有意义的单句,学生的语言在写的过程中发展成长。教师把一些常用的词条写在卡片上,把简单的句型写在字条上并挂在教室的墙上。教室的一角为读书角,备有适合学生水平的图书。对英文水平较低的学生,写作内容主要是与自己经历有关的故事。学生写出初稿,读给老师
和同学们听,最后再抄成终稿。教师每周都要求学生将他们最满意的故事交上来。在学期末,教师将每个学生最得意的作品装订成册,发给学生,给学生带来很大的自豪感和成就感。对于中高级水平的学生,教师则定期选定一个主题如nature,然后将学生分成小组(如animal,plant,insect,environment等组),学生围绕各自小组的题目去图书馆查资料,写出报告,在课堂上进行讲演。然后同学们对其发言展开讨论。最后请学生把在寻找材料过程中学到的新词写在黑板上,讲解给其他同学听。
2.如何运用;整体教学法;提高中学生英文写作能力
自2001年以来,笔者一直运用;整体教学法;来对学生的英文写作进行训练,取得了一系列的成绩:有的学生写的英语文章、小诗发表了;有的学生自己出了一本;英语书;;有的学生能用英语写剧本了……更重要的是,学生们的词汇丰富了,知识面广了,英语写作的兴趣浓了,并有了用英语进行思维的意识。而笔者在不断的学习、实践过程中也对教育教学理念有了更深的理解,教学的有效性不断得到提高。笔者的具体操作如下:
(1)鼓励学生写英文日记
;写作是思维的训练;。我鼓励学生天天写英文日记,可以写自己身边发生的事情,也可以从书报中选择自己感兴趣的话题进行写作。刚开始时最好从模仿好文章起步,既可模仿文章的结构,也可模仿文章语言的表达方式;模仿材料可以是所学的课文、阅读过的文章,也可以是《新概念英语》。
学生每天的英文日记我都会收上来看,给一个总的评定,但不会圈出里面的拼写、语法错误。Jeremy Harmer在How to Teach English
一书中对作文的批改意见是这样的:;Most students find it very
dispiriting if they get a piece of written work back and it is covered in red
ink,underlinings and crossings-out. It is a powerful visual statement of

写与读有着极为密切的关系。要学好英文写作,必须多读书,要以好文章作为学习的典范。怎样才能保证学生每天都有一定的课外阅读量,并使这些阅读对写作能力的培养提供帮助呢,我设计了;英语阅读情况记录表;,向学生推荐了《书虫》《企鹅英语简易读物精选》等阅读材料,并要求学生填写相关的;读书报告;。;英语阅读情
况记录表;每天填写,一个月完成一张;;读书报告;每两周完成一张。但此项任务的设计要简洁,不宜加重学生的学习负担。

初中英语写作教学的基本策略 写作是一个角度复杂的思维过程,对认知能力、思维能力、语言能力、组织能力和自我监控能力都有相当高的要求。写作水平的提高依赖于学生的参与,依赖于教师的指导和课堂教学的有效开展。所谓写作教学策略,就是用来促进写作教学开展的方式方法。 1、写作的早期训练。 英语写作是一门技巧、技能,需要一个长时间的发展过程才能趋于稳固,因此无论从写作能力本身的培养角度来说,还是从写作教学方法的运用角度而言,写作训练都需要早期化。【2】随着学习内容的增多,如学了数字、年龄、年级、班级、个人的喜好和生活习惯等之后,这时可让学生逐步增加写作内容。 在进行早期写作训练时,困难较多,这时需要讲求教学方法。特别是要讲究写作训练的系统化,循序渐进,也就是把写作由形式到内容按照由简到繁、由易到难的原则排列为一系列的阶梯,逐步地进行训练,密切结合教材,其具体方法主要有: (1)抄写。抄写是一种模仿性练习,也是一种积累。其目的在于使学生熟练掌握所学句子、语段、书写格式及大小写、标点符号等,这也就是《标准》的要求。抄写是一项枯燥的工作,为防止学生抄写时不用脑,可设法增加抄写的用处,比如出手抄报和举行英语钢笔书法比赛等。 (2)听写或默写。听写是检查和巩固所学的语言材料的一种方式。要求学生能背记单词和复现单词、句型或段落等。可以先选一些简单和短小的材料加以训练,以后逐步加深。但是听写必须坚持整句和整段的练习,并能逐渐过渡到能默写句子和段落,直至整篇课文。 (3)仿写。仿写是熟练运用所学的语言材料的过程,要求学生在熟练背记句型和段落的基础上能举一反三。仿写时必须注意与课本内容的一致性,内容要由浅入深,由易到难,先短后长,使学生易动手,敢动手。 当然,英语写作能力的前期培养形式还有很多,如句型转换、造句等。只有多种形式灵活运用、交互使用,才能激发学生的学习兴趣,增加学生的练习机会,以最终达到提高学生的写作能力的目的。 2、教会学生写的方
法 (1)通过听写,培养学生的语感以及书写的准确性。听写内容由单词、短语、句子、对话到短文,由浅入深地进行训练。 (2)通过连词成句,训练学生组织句子的能力。教师可以用简笔画、图片及提示的单词、词组,让学生根据情景,通过想像,连成句子。 (3)通过对话学习书面表达。对话是书面表达的好材料。可以在操练听、说、读之后,通过写的活动巩固听、说、读学到的知识,实现从口头表达到书面表达的转化。 (4)通过填空形式练习多种语法知识、短语及表达法的运用。在新教材的workbook中,为学生练习提供了该类材料。 (5)通过重新排列句子顺序,培养学生组织对话或短语的能力。 (6)通过看图说话、写话,扩展学生的想像力和写作能力。新教材中每一个单元的相关话题学习中,同样为我们提供了大量的材料,书中生动活泼的卡通画大大激发了学生用口、笔来表达思想的欲望。 3、积累写的材料 写作是日积月累的过程。学生写作时必须经过;阅读?积累?模仿?表达;四步曲。初中学生首先应加强课文的朗读,加强单词和词组的听写,加强句型、对话和课文的默写。初中课本中涉及许多话题,如邀请和应答,打电话,问路和指路,购物,谈论天气,外出就餐,谈论职业,看病,谈论人的外貌长相等,新教材中有大量的有时代感的课文,应要求学生能熟读或背诵,坚持;背诵与活用相结合;的原则。 4、活用教材学习写作 (1)利用课文对话学习书面表达。 初中英语课本中,出现了大量的对话,它是书面表达的好材料,同时又可通过写的活动巩固听、说、读,学到的知识,实现口头表达向书面表达的转化。 例如:初一下册 unit18Lesson72Pa rt6 的内容是一位妇女请求警察帮助寻找丢失的女儿。在备课中,有意识的安排书面表达巩固训练的环节:描述丢失女儿的特征,题目为; A lost girl;。几分钟后,大部分学生很好地完成了这个书面表达的任务。下面是一篇范文: A lost girl My daughter is very nice.
